Unable to install 12.04 on Vista

Unable to install 12.04 on Vista

While installing 12.04 LTS from a flash drive I get the following error: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get_info'
I checked the log and the details are as follows:

I am trying to install it in Win Vista (32-bit) in a partition (E:) which is 16 GB(FAT32).
Please Help.
Note: I am able to use my flash drive as a bootable disk and is able to use the Ubuntu desktop.
